This is another quick dessert idea from Sutton! It’s a great fix for wanting something sweet that still gives you some nutrients. The bread is toasted and crunchy, which goes well with the smooth, creamy almond butter and melted chocolate. Topping it off with the banana slices sweetens it up!!

This will seriously satisfy your cravings!!

For the bread, we like Ezekiel Sprouted Grain. It’s in the freezer section. It is an extra step to have to defrost the bread, but it doesn’t take too long. We use the microwave to do that. And this also ensures your bread is fresh and doesn’t have any gunk in it that you wouldn’t want. Check it out. It has simple ingredients and sprouting helps with digestion.

We like Green & Black’s Organic Dark Chocolate. It has a 70% cocoa content and is seriously the richest flavored chocolate I’ve had to date. It also melts quickly!
