This is the best avocado pudding recipe I’ve found thus far! I’ve tried a few others and they were so-so. Sutton likes this one the best as well, and we both give it a 4. I must say that it’s probably because there is more honey and cocoa powder in this recipe than in the others, which attributes to its yummy factor. But I don’t mind! It’s still much healthier than the standard American dessert. This pudding has a decadent chocolate taste with the perfect creamy pudding texture. Amazing!
I did make some changes, since I made this on the fly. So that means omitting the things I didn’t have, which were the vanilla extract and the berries. I’m sure it would be great adding these items to it as well! I also used cocoa powder instead of cacao. I’d like to get some cacao and try that out too.
